The purchase of products from the web site is governed by these terms and conditions. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • We can only accept orders through the web site for delivery to addresses on the UK Mainland. For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and EU countries please contact us.
  • We can accept no responsibility for any information, practices or products of other parties linked to this web site.
  • The products supplied from this web site are supplied by ARGANIC LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (registration no. 7407465).
  • All products, where relevant, are inclusive of VAT.
  • We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this site as necessary.
  • These terms and conditions and all disclaimers and other material on our website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to which both parties submit.

Cancellations

You can cancel your contract (order) any time before delivery and up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this simply email us or drop us a line. We'll refund your money, including the original postage, within 30 days. If you do cancel then I'm afraid you must return the goods to us at your own expense and you'll also be responsible for the risk of loss or damage in transit so do, please, ensure you have adequate insurance to cover the value. Refunds; we care about our customers and want you to enjoy our products. Should your be unsatisfied with you order please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund within reason.
