Arganic Oil
Our organic argan oil is obtained from the first cold press of the fruit of the argan tree (argania spinosa), an ancient tree that grows only in the southwest of Morocco making it one of the rarest oils in the world.
This golden coloured oil has a sophisticated nutty flavour appreciated by top chefs worldwide, and can be used to add individuality to any dish.
Argan oil is also known for it's unique health benefits. It has a very high vitamin E and essential fatty acid content and is sometimes referred to as 'the liquid gold of Morocco'.
At Arganic, we select areas where the soil and climate conditions are optimal to get the finest quality organic argan oil. We lightly toast the seeds for flavour before pressing within 24 hours of opening the fruit to ensure freshness and preservation of all the natural goodness.
